stm32 - How to transfer data to USB isochronous endpoints

I am a bit lost in the approach to send data to a windows PC over an isochronous IN endpoint from an STM32 USB Device. (F407, lib-usb-otg V2.1.0).
Can someone give me a general ''workflow'' on the ''device'' side.? #usb-isochronous
