USB VCP bluescreens

Hi,
we are experiencing some problems with the STM32 VCP USB driver in combination with windows stand-by. When the computer wakes up from stand-by, we get a blue screen withBUGCODE_USB_DRIVER The caller has submitted an IRP that is already pending in the USB bus driver. This is happening with the VCP driver version 1.3.1 on Windows 8 32 and 64 bit. We also generated a driver with the Microsoft WDK, with this driver this is also happening on Windows 7 32 and 64 bit and Windows XP 32 bit. Did anyone have these problems before? Any hints?
