Probelm With License File in Spcstudio

Hi

one of my partners have problem with his windows when we re install a windows  and then install a spcstudio software when i run spc studio the error showed as in the picture.

i have a license card and email what can i do for this error ?

    Hello Vanima ,

    the license should be present in :

    c:\SPC5Studio\licenses\

    could you contact the mail address is

    mailto:apgtools-license@st.com

     ?

    in order to relaunch the lic file

    Hello Erwan

    I check Lic File is exist in the same path but stil have problem .

    i reinstall the software but stil not work .

    i do not know for first time we install the software my partner copy my license form server but when we found , he uninstall the spc and then install the software with his License.

    is this issue cause this problem or not ?

    Hi Erwan

    I have not any Response From ''apgtools'' until now and my partner can not work on the project becuase of this issue .

    can i install the spcstudio on other computer and use this license or not ?
