SDRAM ON STM32F439I-EVAL2

Hi

I try find datasheet SDRAM on this board but I can't find it.

I want Row Address Input and Column Address Input .

please help me.

    MT48LC2M32B2 is 2 Meg x 32 (512K x 32 x 4 banks)

    but my board is 8 M x 32-bit SDRAM (page 6 from DM00093454.pdf)

    where is different?

    This is an 8MByte part, externally marked as D9GZQ on my early STM324x9I-EVAL

    If you have a different part you'll need to express what markings you see on it, as I can't determine this through osmosis.

    UM1668 on the schematics states MT48LC4M32B2 which is 1 Meg x 32 x 4 Banks.

    What a mess.

    It seems that is a typo error in Eval board user Spec (DM00093454.pdf), the correct information should be 8Mbytes SDRAM, 2Meg x 32-Bits.

    registers

    should

    I use?

    which pins on IS42S32800G connect to which gpios on stm32f439 microcontroller?

    please help me.

    Follow the schematics in UM1668.

    Tables 25 and 26 (the layout of memory connectors CN11 and CN12) may help too.

    (IS42S32800G =8M x 32bit=2Meg฀ x฀ 32฀ bit฀ x฀ 4฀Banks)

    but page 45 on DM00093454.pdf is for MT48LC4M32B2B5-7.

    now what can we do?

    SDRAMs are pin- and function- compatible to a great extent.

    The only difference between the 2Mx32 and 8Mx32 chip (except the timing, a.k.a. ''latencies'', of course) is the addressing: while MT48LC2M32B2 uses A10:A0/A7:A0 for row/column addressing, IS42S32800G uses A11:A0/A8:A0.

    This should be reflected in the programming of FMC, but I am no expert on that (a quick glance into RM0090: NC and NR fields in FMC_SDCRx register should do the trick).
