How to get the source code, described in UM1653

I got a file system solution about nand flash in the document UM1653.

But I didn't find the source code .is it open source? and how can i get it?

    You'd want to contact your local ST rep or FAE, there tend to be license, export and NDA type agreements associated with code not publicly posted.

    There is plenty of open source NAND code in the embedded linux/uboot type communities if that is what you are looking for.
