STM32F4 fft to orginal signal amplitude confirmation

Hey guys, I just need a confirmation, that I understood this correctly. To compute the orginal signals amplitude from the FFT amplitude, you have to divide the FFT specific frequency amplitude from the FFT length divided by 2.
Found the info in this article it shows the real part divided by two and shown in both sides of FFT spectrum.
