STEVAL-ESC: IAR Project -> ARM GCC Project

Hi Dave - did this code run on the STEVAL-ESC? I'm going through a similar process, though I tried to 'upgrade' the FOC F30X example projects to fit the STM32F303CB in the ESC ... it's compiling in GCC but I'm getting a weird hardfault at startup, looks like when the interrupts get enabled.

@STM would be super-helpful if the STEVAL-ESC code was also AC6/GCC-compatible, or if the MC workbench included direct support for the STM32F303CB (as far as I see, 4.3.0 doesn't seem to...)
