Hi,

I'm trying to  launch a new board with STM32F745ZGT6 (LQFP144). I see, that MCU case looks slightly differ to the one presented in datasheet on page 207 DocID027590 Rev 4. So I would make sure for the proper position of the first pin.

Could sb confirm where the first pin should be located on CPU in attached picture?

Hi chwila.sebastian,

The right pin 1 position is on the left bottom corner as it is detailed on the Figure 88 and Figure 90 in the

The 64-pin chip also has a clear dot on the opposite side. Indeed difficult to determine which one is the ''pin 1 indicator'' and which one is ''just a molding artefact''.

Hint for ST: If the molding artifact is always round, make the pin-1-indicator square.
