porting Cube example project from STM32F769I_Discovery to F746 ?

Hello,

I need to understand SPDIF RX and TX. I need to get the cube example provided for the STM32F769I_Discovery (STM32Cube_FW_F7_V1.5.0\Projects\STM32F769I-Discovery\Examples\SPDIFRX\SPDIFRX_Loopback) work on a Nucleo F746ZG.

I tired and fail starting from a cuble MX project for the Nucleo and moving the specific code. Doesn't work. So now I would try to start from the other side and adapt the

STM32F769I-Discovery code.

Are the code parts related to CVlock, Pin configuration, SAI/DMA association, SPDIFRX portable from F769I to F746ZG? 

What would be the parts of the code to adapt between the 2 processors?
