    I'm not sure there are a wealth of people here interested in doing your homework. The attachment of 4x4 keypads follows much the same method across all micro-controllers, so find a tutorial that works or explains it clearly enough for you to do the implementation.

    There should be library examples about how to configure, read, write GPIO pins.

    What STM32 specifically, they make literally dozens of chips in hundreds of variants?

    What board are you using and how is the 4x4 keypad connected?
