Can I get up-to-date ST7VP only?

rather than the tool kit that install ST7VD and ST7VP at the same time!

Sorry, the answer is no...

But in order to better understand if this is a vital need or a ''nice to have'' feature, can you give me the reason(s) why you would like to have a ''stvp7 only'' installer.
