No, datasheet says max supply voltage before damage is 4.0V. from 3.6V to 4.0V it won't damage the part, just not guaranteed to work

Hello all,

Does the STM32F10XX work with operating voltage supply superior to 3.6V? My circuit will be needing an external 5V power supply.
