    SPI1 is connected to the serial flash, Its the M25P64 chip on the board, not a removeable media. You can use the SPI1 for whatever you want once you re-map it to its alternate function pins - don't think there is a conflict then.

    Hi,

    If you have the Serial Wire Jtag feature (SWJ) on your programmer you can use the SPI3 at the same time with debugging. You just have to configure the STM32 to work in SWJ mode.
