Cellular Discovery Kits - supported modems?

Just saw the video from EW 2018 featuring this:

At ~2:10 It mentions that ST have 'many' modem partners.

Where can we find the list of modem partners?

    I wonder if ST will sell some boards with reduced price. The net 110$ seems to be high for me...

    ST European Workshops are probably a good way to get boards with hands-on... As i recall, last year was STM32 Lora workshops.

    I guess my country is not listed... Visiting other countries makes no economical sens for hobbyist;)
