How to contact moderator ST-One32

Hi,

I've tried to contact the moderator ST-One32 via button ''Contact Moderator'' but without any response. Is ST-One32 still here? Or doesn't work this function?

    It's hard to tell. The forum is mostly composed of users. If you need instantaneous responses you should use other channels, and be cognizant that support staff might be in different timezones, or have peripheral responsibility to monitor the forum occasionally.

    ST has other channels to provide support to customers, including reps, sales, FAE's, most of whom have direct telephone and email contact points.

    Hi Achim,

    as said by clive1, If you need an official support on our products you have to go thru our Support channels directly by ST and with our world wide distributors.
