Hi Mehmet,

If you are using ST library you should use this config:

  TIM_OCInitStructure.TIM_OutputNState = TIM_OutputNState_Disable;

To disable break functionality use:

TIM_BDTRInitStruct->TIM_Break = TIM_Break_Disable;

Tell if you are using register access level (perhaps I can help you)

a second reason for not using GPIO for low side switches

is BKIN input to be functional
