About the ADC Dual fast interleaved mode's firmware example

AN3116 in page 10 claims that an example of firmware is provided with this application note: Dual_FastInterleaved. How can I get the firmware? Please tell me the method or its location if you know it. Thanks so much.
By the way, I want to design one data logger to record a analog signal with 1MHz sampling rate using STM32F103ZE. Now, I am doing a demo by MCBSTM32E Evaluation board. Best regards. hf
