STM32F76 datasheet and maximum voltage during programming

Hello,

ds11532 rev 6 on page 153 in table 57 talks about a maximum supply voltage of 3.0 volt with 32-bit flash program operation. This number seems inconsistant with a maximum voltage of 3.6 for 8 and 16 bit flash programming. The F74x datasheet also has 3.0 Volt as maximum for 32-bit programming?

Can anybody care for this question?

Note that this is essentially  a user-to-user forum.

If you want direct ST support, you will need to contact ST direct - possibly via your distributor.

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

Hi

Bonnes.Uwe

‌,

You are right: 3V is wrong as maximum programming voltage with 32-bit program, it has to be replaced by 3.6 as we can see in the relevant reference manual:

This is reported to be fixed in STM32F7 datasheets. Thanks for highlighting.

Andrew, did you really have a look at the datasheet problem I report? Are obvious datasheet error really things that should get reported to the FAEs?
