EX) ODR = 1   -> I/O Pin State = 0 ?

It is True?

If ODR = 1 then I / O port is also 1?

Is it OutputControl Not Gate?

    It's more a block diagram and not a true schematics.

    If ODR=1, unless given pin is set to open-drain in OTYPER,  the PMOS is switched on, ie. on output you will see log.1.

    If ODR=0, NMOS is switched on ie. output is set to 0.
