Can not read memory� Disable Read Out Protection and retry

I  got my new board, When I  want to download the .hex file, I tried to use the keil 5.14 and ST-link utility ,failed.

the message I got from the ST-link utility is:Can not read memory? Disable Read Out Protection and retry.

I didn't do anything to the MCU.

the device:STM32F427IG. it's new.

another question:Why I can't read the Flash size?(Unkonwn)

    Hello,

    Make sure that you have current drivers and firmware.

    Try to upgrade the ST-Link firwmare to the V2-1 version through ST-Link utility or this Link
