I want to use STM32F767ZI , does it provide arduino support for all 114GPIOs or only on few pins. If it does support all the GPIO for arduino then how could I use them?

The chip supports whatever software you load on to it.

For Arduino, suggest you go to a place where they are actually implementing and supporting it.

I think your question is better asked on an Arduino forum.

The IDE enjoys very little appreciation and support here, and thus your request might not yield results.
