Posted on January 10, 2018 at 21:29Hey. We have the following problem: There are 2 boards we use in our design. One includes stm32f7 chip and the second one is stm32l4. Both chips work with 1.8 V. Same voltage we designed for uart rx and tx communications between these controllers. But we see that both chips can't receive data when 1.8v on rx/tx is in use. When we test each board with usb2uart ftdi chip with 3v uart rx/tx - there is no problem. stm32 can receive bytes. The question is what is the way to configure stm32 chips uart to work with 1.8 V levels ?
