HCD_HandleTypeDef on HS port

On STM32F7, the host mode offers 16 channels on the HS port.

But in the HAL, the HCD_HandleTypeDef structure contains only 15 items HCD_HCTypeDef.

What is the reason for the missing channel ?

Is this a bug ?

Is this normal ?

Is there an hidden reason ?
