The ADC of the STM32F103C8 in Dual Simultaneous mode

Hi,
I have an STM32F103C8 MCU which has two ADC unit peripherals. Each ADC unit can reach up to 1Msps speed or 1uS time resolution.
Can I increase this to 2Msps or 0.5uS by activating the Dual simultaneous mode? if Yes, which option must be selected? (I attached an image from the drop-down list which the mode could be selected
of course data fetch for a single DMA could reach up to 1Mspd, but I'm not quite sure to what speed an ADC can reach in the dual mode.
