Hi everybody, please help if you know the answer.

I have the following Micro and tools and unfortunately I am not able to debug the micro.

STM32F439 MCU on a board (this is not a development board though)

System Workbench for STM32

IDE  //  ST-LINK/V2 jatg probe fails to connect

STM32 ST-LINK Utility

tool

                /

/ ST-LINK/V2 jtag probe

connects and I can program the Micro

note: NRST pin of the micro is not connected to NRST pin on the ST-LINK probe.

I can connect and program the micro using the above utility tool.

but I can not connect to the micro using the above IDE and it fails, the debugger console gives me the following message:

Info : device id = 0x20016419
