    If you have poor/intermittent internet service I can probably create a torrent.

    Watch also that you have enough hard drive space, the files are quite large, and unpack to 2x size, so going to want several GB free. CubeMX isn't always specific about the mode of failure, I've seen it report a download failure when drive space was tight.

    If you run Win7 there is a bug where Microsoft packs the hard drive with log files, I had issue where those consume several hundred GB
