Why are L6599 and mos-switch on the circuit board damaged?
Mass production is normal;
There is no short circuit from pins of element;
Some resistance are damaged；
The voltage stabilizing diode of VCC pin is damaged;
The drive signal of the switch tube is normal;
The temperature of the switch tube and L6599 is normal;
Can you give me some advice how to analyze the cause of the damaged?
