Hi, I cannot find where to download the SPICE models of STY145N65M5 and STY139N65M5.

I can find the SPICE page here:

But the links above direct me to "SORRY, PAGE NOT FOUND" error.

Can you provide me with the SPICE models of STY145N65M5 and STY139N65M5?
