What type of Diode I see here? Marking???

Hi, can anybody tell me what type of diode I see here?

Marking is:

VU

E X

GP 842

Must be TVS for low voltage application (24 & 48 VDC)

the relevant marking is EX, which stands for the SM6T39A.
