Question

What's the replacement transistor for STP7NK40ZFP in DPAK package ? It's no longer manufactured.

    The STP7NK40ZFP is obsolete, but in the package TO220FP, not DPAK.

    If you need this insulated package you could take a look at the STF11N65M2.
