​The maximum switching frequency depends on application requirements, for example from the high voltage bus value, load current, load type and switching method (hard- or soft-switching).

Primarly, the switching frequency is limited by the switching losses (heat dissipation). You can estimate the maximum frequency, using your application requirements and the MOSFET characteristics reported in the PWD13F60 datasheet at page 10.
