Question
what is 'H' mean in VN920B5HTR-E, no indication in datasheet
I am looking at the ST’s N-channel part VN920B5. But I notice there is VN920B5-E, VN920B5TR-E and VN920B5HTR-E. I look into the datasheet, it only shows VN920B5-E is tube, and VN920B5TR-E is tape&reel. There is no indication of what ‘H’ means for the 3rd part number. I look around in ST’s website and did not find anything about this. Can you provide a better understanding of what ‘H’ means?
