Sir, I have many different diodes and ICs from your company installed in Delta Solar inverters. Where can I find the part numbers for all these components? Could you please guide me?
For some diodes and ICs, the markings are specified in the relevant datasheet, but for many of them the markings are internal and non-public information. If your company manufactured the inverters itself, you can take the information from the delivery documents, because the markings are also printed on the label of the packaging. For reverse engineering, however, you would need to seek the appropriate support.
