What are STSPIN233 OC trip time (tOCSD) and OT trip time (tTHSD)?

Hello,

the overcurrent and over-temperature trip (deglitch) times are not given in the datasheet.

My focus is mainly on the OC trip time, that's because I intend on adding series inductors to the motor phases to protect from motor windings short, thus the trip time is required to determine the minimum required inductance.

The intervention time of the overcurrent protection is of the order of hundreds of nanoseconds.
