The test conditions of VINCL parameters of VNS3V04DPTR-E chip are: Does light inject 1mA current into the IN pin, and does the SOURCE pin need to be grounded?

The test parameters for VINCL specified in table 6 of the VNS3V04DPTR-E datasheet refer to the protection diode at VIN. In this case, a current of 1 mA, or a reverse current of -1 mA, is applied, with the respective source pin serving as the opposite terminal.

In this respect, I can answer your questions with yes and yes.

Thank you for your answer. I also want to ask, when testing this test item, do other pins of the chip have to be suspended?
