VN02H replacement

Good morning! What can I use to replace the VNH02H component?

The VN02H was originally still produced in the PENTAWATT package, which was discontinued without replacement many years ago. So there is no direct pin-to-pin replacement.

However, you could check whether, for example, an IPS1025H-32 or IPS1025HQ-32 with an adapter board could be used instead, which would of course bring challenges for the thermal design.
