Hi I have one new project for my application and I have used the Viper53-E (dip8) to build a small SMPS AC/DC. After the selection of components with the VIPER SOFTWARE, I have build the SMPS, but don't have the correct voltage in output.

In the attached file the electric drawing and the data of transformer.

In the out I have 50V not

I have reduced the secondary winding at 10 turn, but the output voltage don't change why?

Best Regards

Daniele

Hi Daniele,

You can try to use the secondary regulation and I would consider the switching frequency. I think, the 300kHz is not optimal. The 100kHz would be more suitable.

Best regards

Jakub

Thanks Jakub,

I have verified the switching frequency this morning and is 100kHz.

I

further modified

the number

of turns

of the secondary

from 22 to

8 turns

to lower

the output voltage

and

now I'm

changing the

transformer turns

ratios

to further improve

the operation

.
