Viper16 Buck non-isolated

I have followed the Viper16 design tool and have followed the recommended components. The result is a voltage that is lower than expected (4.5v when expecting 5v) and dropping voltage as current increased from 5mA to 50mA drops to 4.2v. Looking at the FB input referenced to pin 1,2 GND it remains at 3.3v .... so why does the output drop? Has anyone got a Viper16 to work?

Chris,

I have a similar issue with my design with a Viper26.  Have you found a solution?

Apps support is slow to non-existent. I am interested as to how you solve this problem.
