STNRGPF01 Firmware Loader doesn't detects COM Ports !!

I've designed a control board with STNRGPF01 3Level Interleaved PFC Controller. After creating hex file by eDesign Suite, i want to load firmware to stnrgpf01. But STNRGPF01 Firmware Loader doesn't detect com ports. There is no com port on loader tool. 

I've tested PL23203 usb/ttl converter. I wonder that USB/TTL Converter must be FTDI Adapter. Is not PL2303 supported by stnrgpf01 firmware loader ?

Solved..

The Chip of USB - TTL Converter must be FTDI. PL2303, CH340 CPL2102 chips aren't supported.
