STEVALISN68 WA and STEVAL-ISB045 not detected on the STEVALISB68-GUI

Hi, I have purchased the STEVALISN68 WA and STEVAL-ISB045, and set it up by plugging in the usb as instructed in the datasheet. But the GUI does still is unable to detect either devices. Is there something I might have missed out?
