STC3117 SCL Routing
Hello,
I am evaluating using the STC3117 in a design. I have one issue - with PCB constraints, I am unable to route out the center pad, SCL.
The STC3117 will never be used to sense current. It will only be used in voltage-measurement mode, there is no sense resistor.
I think I will therefore be able to route out SCL through the CS pin. Is this possible because I don't need CS pin functionality, or do I risk damaging the device?
BATD will also not be used because the battery is captive in our system. If this signal could be used in routing out SCL, please advise.
