Spice model (or model parameters) for STB6N60M2
I'm working on a hobby project half-bridge driver using the STB6N60M2. I estimated the tdon, tdoff, trise, tfall times based on https://www.vishay.com/docs/73217/an608a.pdf . From that, the STB6N60M2 gives me low losses for the power level I'm working with. I'd like to simulate the gate drive using the model for the STB6N60M2 using LTspice. However, I couldn't find a spice model on the FET's webpage. Is this something that can be obtained?
