question about the output voltage of L6208

The supply voltage for L6208 is 13V

CP input : 2k HZ

step motor :42BYG016(a bipolar stepper---12V/0.3A)

but the output voltage in pin outA1 is only 5V(step motor work normally without load )

why is so low ?

as I set the supply voltage on 24V

the output is about 11V

and the circut is the one in the L6208's application note

the output voltage what I expected in this circut is 10-12V when the supply voltage is 12-15V

another question is :how to increase the output voltage for the step motor and what parameter in L6208 decide the output voltage ?
