Query regarding Mosfet automotive grade STW58N60DM2AG & STWA65N65DM2AG These are shown with zener protected gates; are they basic protection inclusions or high speed on die sim to PKE series of transorb performances ?

The zener protection is just a basic protection and not comparable to the performance of a discrete TVS.
