Pspice models of ST MOSFETs

The models are available on ST website but there is no documentation as to understand the model or use it. The thermal + electrical model has case and junction temperature, but do not know how to use these terminals. When compared to Infenion models, the junction temperature pin has no floating property and should be connected.
Would you please share a link where I can find the documentation about how to use the pspice MOSFET models of ST. #pspice #mosfet
