pins of RHFL7913A (Flat-16 package) Spice model seems wrong

I am working on RHFL7913A (Flat-16 package) and wants to simulate the components under different conditions. However, when I download and import it in the Orcad PSpice (Cadence), I noticed multiple problems:

1. The reference number is RHFL7913 and not RHFL7913A. The pin numbering is different.
2. The pin numbers in the model are different from RHFL7913A  and RHFL7913, anyway.
3. Even GND does not exist.

I also included the datasheet. What is correct order of pins and which pin is related to what?
