Notched TVS diode

Hi there,

I have a blown TVS diode, with code: G30 P436, see attached. Looking at one of the other threads, suggests its SMAJ5.0A-TR. Is there anyway to confirm this? Any help identifying the component will be great.

I appreciate the prompt response. Are you sure its the STPS2L30A? as the forum is saying its likely SMBJ12A and SMAJ5.0A.

Look it's in the Data Sheet as the marking code on the part, and nothing on the cited web pages makes any reference to the G30 diode.

Further the parts you describe have different marking codes. I'm sure it's not the parts you suggest.

The P436 is a production date/batch code
