Need help with erroneous period readings on the STPM34.
Hi,
I have the STPM34 chip connected to a 60Hz line continuously for days and it reads the frequency correctly almost all the time. However, there are instances where it would report back ~37Hz instead of 60Hz a few times in a day or sometimes it would run correctly for around five days before incorrectly reporting ~37Hz. This value 37Hz value seems to be within the correct range of 32Hz and 81Hz as mentioned in the datasheet. Is it possible that the line is picking up noise on the line or am I not filtering the readouts correctly in firmware? Any suggestions or clues are welcomed. Thank You.
