I am searching for LT spice model of SMA6T28CAY diode. can someone please help me to find this and integrate in LTspice application.

I have checked the CAD resources for SMA6T28CAY diode

This is the found model which does not comprehend with SMA6T28CAY

can you help to figure out the spice model for this particular part number. Also the steps to integrate the model to the application.
