L9369-TR and L9369S-TR.

1. Does the "S" suffix indicate a newer, improved model?

2. What specific design changes have been made?

3. Is there any official documentation from the manufacturer for S?

There are several ways to get support for STMicroelectronics devices:

1. your local distributor
2. the public worldwide Community, where users primarily help one another
3. the personal Online Support OLS

You asked exactly the same question both in the community and to OLS under the ticket number 00267806. However, making the most noise does not necessarily increase the speed at which you receive an answer. I therefore recommend waiting first for a reply from the colleagues at OLS.

As long as the ticket is still open with OLS, I cannot start a more in-depth investigation.

But as far as I know, however, L9369S is a customer-specific version, and only that customer has access to its documentation. I assume that essentially the same answer will come from the OLS team.
